Didactic Learning

The Select Mentoring Program focuses on leveraging the principles that have propelled my career towards early success. This program emphasizes exceptional patient care to foster lifelong patient relationships. If you have attended the Productive Dentist Academy (PDA), much of what I share will resonate with you. If you haven’t, I highly recommend signing up, as it is an invaluable resource for any private practice dentist.

This is not a coaching program nor a deep dive into accountability or metrics. Instead, it bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge from various resources (like PDA) and practical clinical application. We will focus on mastering the theoretical basics and practical skills necessary to excel in your practice.

Hands-On Training

The Master Level Program includes a visit to my office in Greenville, TX, for a skills workshop and clinical calibration. You will practice procedures on mannequins and then on patients under supervision. This hands-on experience is crucial for building your confidence and competence to take back home with you.

Hands-on training is a key feature of the Master level class, where you’ll have the opportunity to practice procedures in a supervised setting. For Select level mentorship members, hands-on training is also available as an optional component to enhance your clinical skills and confidence.
